Cancellation Policy
We at Shoonyaakar strive to provide you with the very best shopping experience possible. Kindly take note of our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and we have initiated the process of shipping them.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that are under any promotional Schemes or Special Occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at info@shoonyaakar.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care at +9190994 70700 - (9 AM to 6 PM), within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
- In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges, and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow a following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.
Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days
- ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
- Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping. Expect free trial orders.
Returns and Refunds
Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:
- If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
- For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
- Shoonyaakar is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
- Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition, and subject to the following terms -
- Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Shoonyaakar.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

Cash on Delivery Policy
- We have the option for ‘Cash on Delivery’ on orders above INR 500/- for domestic orders only. We follow all safety protocols, along with our courier partners to ensure the package that reaches you is safe.
- If a ‘COD’ order is returned to us due to your unavailability or any other reason, we will only reship the same order only if you convert it to a prepaid order, post-delivery failure.
- If a customer refuses the delivery of a ‘COD’ order more than twice, he/she would not be eligible for ‘COD’ for all future orders. Then, he/she can only choose to place a prepaid order on the website.
- All claims for shortages (missing items) or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We request you to write to us at info@shoonyaakar.com well within the aforementioned time frame. Shoonyaakar will not be responsible for any claim raised with respect to damages or missing products post 48 hours of delivery.
- Shipping/billing address can’t be changed once the order is placed. No modifications can be made post successful placement of orders. For further queries, you may get in touch with our Customer Care team on email at info@shoonyaakar.com or chat with us from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST.
- If you are physically unavailable for during the time of delivery, please suggest an alternative address or contact number of a reliable source at info@shoonyaakar.com within 48 hours of order placement, for successful delivery.
- If a ‘COD’ order is to be cancelled, please inform our customer service team by sending an email to info@shoonyaakar.com with the order number on the same date that you placed the order.
- COD orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment. It can only be refunded via the brand online voucher.

- Shoonyaakar may, at any time due to various reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of stocks, or for any other reasons whatsoever, cancel the orders placed by Users. Shoonyaakar’s decision of cancellation of order shall be final and Shoonyaakar shall not be liable for such cancellation(s) whatsoever;
- Expected delivery time as mentioned on the website may vary from the usual time of delivery;
- Shoonyaakar strives to provide accurate products, services and pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product or service information, Shoonyaakar may, at its discretion, either contact the User for instructions or cancel the User’s order and will notify the User about such cancellation;
- Cancellation by Shoonyaakar: There may be certain orders that Shoonyaakar is unable to accept and must cancel. Shoonyaakar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User, User accepts and undertakes that the same is acceptable and he/ she/ it will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same. The situations that may result in cancellation of the User’s order include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by the User, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Shoonyaakar ’s credit and fraud avoidance department;
- Shoonyaakar may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Shoonyaakar will contact the User if all or any portion of the User’s order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept the User’s order. If the order is cancelled after credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in User’s credit card account;
- Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Shoonyaakar, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the User. As part of usual business practice, if Shoonyaakar receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Shoonyaakar, Shoonyaakar shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the User within a reasonable period of time;
- Shoonyaakar will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, it is pertinent to note that the Shoonyaakar has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. User hereby agree and undertakes that the decision taken by the Shoonyaakar is acceptable to User and User shall not create any dispute on the decision taken by Shoonyaakar on cancellation;

Shoonyaakar reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Shoonyaakar as per certain criteria. Shoonyaakar Reward Point or Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
1). Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
2). Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address.
3). Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.
4). Invalid address given in order details.
5). Any malpractice used to place the order.
- If paid by credit/debit card, net banking, or E-wallets, refunds will be issued to that same account provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be requested to share your bank account details by mail through a secured transaction
- The refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
