Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is to provide complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money if it fits our return / refund guidelines, and after the investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the service or the product you purchase.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

The item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
Once the return is received, a refund to your original payment method will be issue. If the payment is COD you will be asked to share your bank account details on the mail which will be a secured transaction.
Once the item is dispatched from the seller you cannot request for the return until it reaches the given delivery address.
If the item is damaged then only it is eligible for return. Once the plastic is removed you cannot file for the return. You can request for the return in 7 days after the item has reached the delivery address.
Please note, every item from Shoonyakar is made and designed with love. Everything is checked twice at every level, right from raw material to packaging. It might be, while transit the item may get damaged. We understand the time and money contributed on every Shoonyakar item and we expect the same from you.
If paid by credit / debit card, net banking, E-wallets, refunds will be issued to that same account provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
In case of COD (Cash On Delivery), you will be requested to share your bank account details on mail through a secured transaction

The refund will be processed in 7-10 working days.
